MIL-DTL-38999 Series I connectors keep the same basic number system as the Series III D38999 family, but the prefixes are MS drawings instead of slash sheets. Here is how to read them.
The two most common numbers
- MS27467: straight plug (mates with any Series I receptacle)
- MS27473: wall-mount receptacle, crimp contacts (current design; MS27466 is the earlier solder version)
