The full part number from the drawing is best: for a D38999 plug that means slash sheet, class, shell size, insert arrangement, contact style and polarization, for example D38999/26WB35SN. If you only have a mating part or a description, send that and we will work it back to a part number.
2. Quote within one business day
Stock items are usually quoted within hours. For non-stock or build-to-order parts we quote manufacturer lead time and price at the same time, so you can decide in one step. We do not publish prices online because mil-spec pricing depends on quantity, plating and current manufacturer schedules.
3. Certificate of conformance with every shipment
Every order ships with a certificate of conformance identifying the manufacturer, part number, quantity and lot or date code where available. Manufacturer certificates and QPL documentation can be included on request at the time of order.
4. Will-call or same-day shipment

Orders placed by early afternoon on stock items ship the same day by UPS or FedEx on your account or ours. 5. Worldwide export
We ship internationally and handle export documentation for parts that are eligible to leave the United States. Many mil-spec connectors are subject to export regulations, so we will ask for end-use information when it is required.

Yes. Single pieces and small lots are normal for us. Stock items have no minimum order quantity; build-to-order items follow the manufacturer’s minimum, which we will state on the quote.
Can I pick up the same day?
Yes, for items in stock. Request the quote, confirm the order, and we will let you know when it is ready at will-call. Same-day pickup depends on the order arriving during business hours and the part being on the shelf.
Do you provide a certificate of conformance?
Yes. A certificate of conformance is included with every shipment at no charge. Manufacturer certificates are available on request when the order is placed.
What if I only have the mating connector’s part number?
Send it. We will identify the series, shell size, insert arrangement and polarization and quote the mating part, along with the backshell and contacts if you need them.
