About MIL-DTL-38999 Series I/II accessory
These MS-numbered accessories serve MIL-DTL-38999 Series I and Series II bayonet connectors. MS27501 and MS27502 are the Series I plug and receptacle covers; MS27510 and MS27511 are the Series II equivalents; MS27506 is the straight strain relief with a ground lug. Covers thread onto the connector coupling and are offered with chain or rope lanyards (the L suffix) in finishes that match the connector class. Order by the connector's shell size.
